A perfect expression of harmony, complexity and refinement. Matured in a high proportion of scarce and expensive first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks. Each batch is created from up to 120single casks, hand selected by our Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion. Made the traditional way using ancient techniques long since abandoned by most other distilleries. A distinctive, balanced flavour profile -bursting overripe cherries, bitter dark chocolate, sweet marzipan, floral heather honey, and aromatic peat smoke.
