Matured predominantly in first-fill, sherry-seasoned European oak casks – including Pedro Ximénez casks – plus refill casks, ex-bourbon casks and a small quantity of first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak casks, all hand selected by Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker. The Pedro Ximénez casks delivers distinctive notes of sweet, sun-dried fruits. Non chill-filtered to present the whisky in its purest form.
